Atlanta Laser & Light takes safety very seriously.  Our main mission is to deliver safe and legal laser light shows.  We comply with all USA federal government FDA/CDRH and international IEC regulations. 

Atlanta Laser & Light holds both operator and manufacturer variances with the FDA. All shows conducted by Atlanta Laser & Light will be under control of a certified laser operator and overseen by a certified Laser Safety Officer.

We will carry out a full risk assessment at the planning stage, this will include a full detailed plan of the equipment used, risk mitigation/assessment documentation, safety checklist sign-off and verification that all necessary show notifications are filed with the FDA. All our lasers are certified and FDA legal.

Atlanta Laser & Light  complies with all state and federal guidelines for safe legal laser light use. Not only do we hold an operators variance but we also hold a manufacturing variance . 

Operating laser light shows in the United States requires 2 different licenses. These licenses are called variances.  The laser show company or operator must hold a laser light show variance and the equipment being used must also be certified under a variance. These two variances ensure that both the operator and equipment being used meet the U.S. federal guidelines for safety and compliance.  Most varianced laser operators purchase varianced equipment from certified manufactures and no not manufacture the hardware themselves. Also note that most laser show operators are not allowed to shine lasers down into the audience. There are only about a dozen laser show operators in the entire U.S. that have a variance/license for audience scanning. 

Make sure you hire a legal varianced laser light show company and one that is using safe legal certified equipment.
